Golf Park

Golf Park was acquired by Fund II in May 2008.

Golf Park comprises a 17,000 sqm office and light industrial building, 18,000 sqm of offices in three new buildings that have “green label” environmental certification and adjoining land with planning permission for a fourth phase of office development (6,000 sqm).

The property is strategically located adjacent to the ring road in the Basso Cambo area of Toulouse and only 10 minutes from the airport.
