Golf Park

Golf Park was acquired by Fund II in May 2008.

Golf Park comprises a 17,000 sqm office and light industrial building, a new 6,000 sqm office property, and an adjoining office park development site.

The remaining development site will comprise 18,000 sqm of offices in three buildings, which will have “green label” environmental certification and will be built out in phases.

The property is strategically located adjacent to the ring road in the Basso Cambo area of Toulouse and only 10 minutes from the airport.
